STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


    1. General Provisions

    The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after the standard terms and conditions outlined herein. Any deviations from these terms must be expressly agreed to in writing by both parties prior to implementation.

    2. Payment Terms

    2.1. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days unless a different payment period is specified on the invoice or agreed upon in writing.

    2.2. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Good Bus Company Limited reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding amount. Additionally, the company may suspend the provision of any services without prior notice until full payment is received.

    2.3. If payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days from the original due date, Good Bus Company Limited reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All associated legal and recovery costs will be borne by the client.

    3. Withholding Taxes

    3.1. Certain jurisdictions may require withholding taxes to be deducted from invoice payments under their respective laws. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with such regulations and remit the applicable withholding tax directly to the relevant authorities.

    3.2. The full invoice amount remains payable to Good Bus Company Limited, excluding any deductions made due to withholding tax requirements in the client’s jurisdiction. Good Bus Company Limited is not liable for any costs arising from a client’s local taxation laws.

    4. Service Standards and Obligations

    4.1. Good Bus Company Limited is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable transportation services within the agreed timeframes. However, all commitments are undertaken on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

    4.2. Under no circumstances shall Good Bus Company Limited be obligated to act as a third party in any claims made by end users or other third parties against the client.

    5. Claims and Complaints

    5.1. Any claims or complaints related to the services provided must be submitted in writing to the registered office of Good Bus Company Limited via recorded delivery within eight (8) days of the service being rendered or goods being delivered. Claims received outside this period may not be considered.

    6. Governing Law

    All contracts and transactions between the client and Good Bus Company Limited are governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong.
